Windows 11 right-click menu keeps loading

Steps to fix Windows 11 right-click folder stuck

1. First we press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys at the same time to open the Task Manager.

2. After the window pops up, go to Process tab and find the Windows Explorer running in the background, click "End task" to close it.

3. Then click "File" in the upper left corner, select "Run new task".

4. In the text box, type "explorer" and check "Create this task with administrative privileges", press "OK" or Enter key to execute.

5. Then go back to the File Explorer, click the top right "…" to find and select Options to open the Folder Options.

6. When the Folder Options window pops up, select the “View” tab, check the "Launch folder window in a separate process" option, click “OK” when you're done.
