Why is the price on the order page higher than that in your store?
There may be a tax when you place the order. The tax is charged according to your local tax law by our eCommerce service provider. For those who enjoy the privilege of VAT Exemption, you can remove the tax by entering your VAT Exemption ID in the shopping cart if you still find tax in the order.
What’s the product delivery policy and is there an invoice？

For customers who have purchased “Yearly Subscription”, you can get every major upgrade and every latest version until you cancel your subscription.

Can I cancel the yearly subscription if I don’t need it sometime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time you would like to. When you purchased AOMEI Backupper Yearly Plan solely or AOMEI Backupper Yearly Plan with accordant size of cloud storage, it’s auto renewed every year. After the first payment, if you decide you don’t need it any more, you can cancel it so that we will not charge you next year. Just pay attention to cancel it before the next billing date.
What's your refund policy?
We have a 90-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with the product you purchased during your first 90 days, we promise to refund your money.
