Why is the price on the order page higher than that in your store?
There may be a tax when you place the order. The tax is charged according to user' local tax law by MyCommerce. If you have tax-exempt qualification, you can remove the tax.
What’s the product delivery policy and is there an invoice？
Real-time delivery. Usually, once your order is processed successfully, the download link, license code as well as an electronic invoice of the software will be immediately sent to your email.
What is the upgrade policy?
Minor updates (e.g. 2.2.1 -> 2.2.5) are free. For the major upgrades (e.g. 2.2 -> 2.5), you need to pay a small amount of upgrade fee to get the latest version. For customers who puchased "Lifetime Upgrades" license, all major upgrades are free.
Can I cancel the yearly subscription if I don’t need it sometime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time you would like to. When you purchased AOMEI Backupper Yearly Plan solely or AOMEI Backupper Yearly Plan with accordant size of cloud storage, it’s auto renewed every year. After the first payment, if you decide you don’t need it any more, you can cancel it so that we will not charge you next year. Just pay attention to cancel it before the next billing date.
What's your refund policy?
We have a 90-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with the product you purchased during your first 90 days, we promise to refund your money. The clone function makes it so easy to clone your existing disk drive to a new one. Then you remove your old disk drive, replace it with the new one that you just cloned too, and it boots right up.
