This morning, Microsoft pushed a new preview version to Insider members of the Dev channel, the operating system version number Build 22543.
The main changes in the new version are as follows:
1. The media space style of the lock screen landing page is more in line with the system and the UI after login;
2. Adjust the window size after applying quick split screen, and adjacent applications will have a blurred background display;
3. When using WIN + ALT + K to mute the microphone, there will be a pop-up prompt on the desktop;
4. The input method with semi-transparent background is now available to all testers;
5. The animation progress bar of the startup screen matches the style of the progress bar in the system;
6. On the disk page in the settings, the attribute information is presented more intuitively.
In addition, the version also adds special optimization for the voice (narrator) function of the barrier-free people, fixes a series of bugs related to the taskbar, start menu, resource manager, and Chinese input method, and improves the system stability.
It is worth mentioning that Microsoft has announced that it will push the first major update of Win11 to the Release Preview channel in February, including a new taskbar, one-click mute function, and running Android APK functions.
