I just did 4 incremental backups of a hard drive which has 30 GB of data. Each time I added 1 small text file and modified another small text file. Each incremental backup took 6 minutes.

Modifying changing boot.ini back to the C:\amldr in boot.ini was a must do. If not, the boot procedure will not start and you get the configuration problem above.

This is a bit confusing. From the manual: Universal Restore allows the operating system to be restored to a computer with dissimilar hardware.
