Disk clone won't clone the partition table. You can use disk backup, which will backup the partition table. under what circumstance when you get the error? before starting clone or in the middle of clone?

This is possibly because you don't have write permission to this folder. You can use another account to log on or you can change the destination folder.

After restoration, the destination partition will becames three partitions just like the source. If you restore to another disk, it won't confuse the UEFI bootloader .

In your log 1 and 2, you made a system backup to G: drive and you had C,D,E,F,G partitions, But in log 6,you only had C,D partitions. Have you encrypted those three partitions? Can you send a screenshot of your windows disk management?
