Many users report email support no longer working

Aomei has many great products, and has a forum and email support for their users. Recently, Aomei Forum has received several complaints from users saying their emails are not being received and replied by Aomei Support, no matter how many emails they send, and how long they wait. I have also had many support emails not replied to.
After emailing them from 1 email-domain, I will wait weeks, and I will check my spam folder as well, and there is no reply. However, if I email them from another email-domain, they will reply quickly every time.
These user reports suggest the problem is that Aomei's inbox does not receive emails from certain email domains. It appears they filter out specific email-domains.
Aomei, could your management please confirm that each of these 25 popular email domains can be received by your email support ticketing system? Do some email domains automatically go to your spam folder? I will also screenshot and link you to several of the complaints your forum users have posted. Let's work together to get support working consistantly.
