AOMEI Backupper Cannot Uninstall

When attempting to completely uninstall, I get the following error:

File "C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI\AOMEI Backupper\7.3.3\uninst000.dat" could not be opened. Cannot uninstall.

Error 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Now what do I do to uninstall this software?

    Try
    Hold Shift key > click Start menu > restart. Safe mode with networking > uninstall.
    Try
    Program Files > delete Backupper folder > uninstall
    Try
    Ctl + Shift + Esc > Task Manager > Close several background BU modules > uninstall
    Try
    Settings > Create new Windows Account, local non-Microsoft > uninstall.

    And then, please continue to install it.
