Very frustrating experience, I urgently need to create a backup of my windows drive to try a reinstall of my system. Download the latest version of AEOMI Backupper to make sure I'm using the latest version, tells me to uninstall the old one first, I do that, then when I install the new version and try to activate it says the license has been used the maximum amount of times, that's ludicrous, I just uninstalled thus the license is no longer being used is it?
Clearly this is a devious attempt to get desperate people to buy additional licenses because I now have to wait upwards of 24 hours until my ticket is answered.
