'Repairing' the Boot-Partition
In addition to my troubles posted here your Partition Assistant allowed me to investigate and to compare the cloned new SSD-boot-partition (left side, blue) with the original one (right, black)
Wouldn't it be a nice feature of the Partition Assistant if it were capable to either show the files and e.g. delete the log-files?
If I look inside with the given Windows tools I don't see any difference between new and old partition (see link below) 
By the way I recommended your site and program in a German forum for Windows Server and IT Pro community where you can read my whole story with all the pictures I have made - unfortunately for you it's all in German.
