So you got different results than I did. And I don't understand what you mean by e+g? e+k I guess. Nor do I understand that e+h now results in 2, while in #11 you said it was 1. Did you reboot after the deletion of MountedDevices? And indeed as I mentioned in #10, it exists at least 16 years. It's a Windows thing not… -

I doubt a newer version will help you: I found that the Dell Latitude E6410 came mostly with Windows 7 64 bit (but yours is 32bit), so it must be specific issues on your machine. Post #11 was simultaneous with my #12 (earlier it was basic disk). I never needed diskpart in XP because PartitionMagic and other tools were available (no one ever mentioned diskpart). Yes that is correct... "the restore the first boot goes well, but the first shutdown produces Loader Error 3. Then you restore again, the first boot goes well, but the first Restart produces Loader Error 3" Did you see post #11 where I explained that it is positively MBR and not GPT?
