  • They are both presented but unless I am misunderstanding how it works the incremental only makes an image of changes since the last full backup. I thought you somehow had to select the full plus all incremental but you can only select one.

  • I have Win 8.1 also. Have you changed the power settings to never sleep. I do that and then change it back to what I want after I finish the back up.

  • What I want to create is an image that I could restore to a new hard drive in the event of a failure of the original drive and be back in operation. Does either do that? I always thought that disk image in other apps is what accomplishes that.
