  • I appreciate the help but really, I needed to move on, should not be this complicated.  I've used and reused the sticks elsewhere and there are no issues.

  • Also, If I remove the usb's from device manager and let them rediscover, won't the same drivers be installed again?  I am not having any problem with them outside of the PE application.

  • Does the USB need to be formatted a certain way?  FAT32, NTFS ?

  • So, if you did a disk backup on a disk with 4 partitions, you would have to restore all 4 partitions?  You would not be able to just choose say the C or D drive?

  • Wouldn't the right choice be disk backup so the D drive would be included in the backup?  I have to say this confusion between disk and system backup is going to steer me to use another product.  I thought the system backup will only backup the C…
