SOFTWARE WILL NT INSTALL AND DOES NOT WORK

I upgraded to the PRO versions of your AOMEI Partition Assistant and got the One Key and Backup programs with it.


The One Key program would not install at all, and the Partition Assistant program kept crashing.

 

I would like a refund, as your product seems to be very buggy and faulty and does not do what it claims to do.

Please refund the entire amount as your product does not work.

    "Partition Assistant program kept crashing."---What operation did you perform when it kept crashing? or start the program? Could you give us a detailed description so that we check? And, please also check if there is crash2.dmp file under the installation directory of AOMEI Partition Assistant, then send it to use so that we analyze.
    "The One Key program would not install at all"---What error situation did you get when you install AOMEI Onekey Recovery? Please give us a detailed description or take screenshots so that we can chek the problem further.
    In addition, have you installed AOMEI Backuppper? Is it fine?
