System Clone Error

I purchased the AOEMI Backupper Professional last night because I had recently purchased a new NVME drive to store my OS. I was trying to migrate the OS from my 1TB Samsung SATA SSD to this 500GB WD NVME drive. I have tried several times and always get error 215 saying there were too many fragments and it needed to be defragged. I have done this several times with no solution. I am starting to get agitated as I paid money for this program that seems to be not working for the one thing I purchased it for.
