network backup acros windows homegroup says path not found
i am backing up a w7 laptop to a w7 desktop across a wired windows homegroup. the backup would be 150gb into a 500gb partition. using either 'network' OR 'share/nas', backupper standard can find the pathways without difficult, the destination partition is fully shared, i have admin privileges on both machines, yet the message from backupper is that ..the speciifed path does not exist or is not writable..
so, what have i missed?
clearly i have made some error or omission.
