**HELP! Backupper finishes backup burn - but checking fails

Hiya Have new win 8.1 laptop used Backupper to burn 0-4 dvds (system backup), but when it asks to put "last disk" in to check it, it will not recognize it. The Dell built in backup isn't usable unless you buy it, so I downloaded this program to do the task.


Any other info you need (comp details) I can post, just not sure what exactly is needed for helping?

    Pamela,

    To verify, you created a backup with 5 discs labeled 0 through 4, and when you attempt to perform a verification check to ensure the media/backup is good it doesn't recognize the last disc?

    When you make system backup to dvds,please don't check the box to Check Image.

    After finishing system backup, you can check image manually, Utilities--Check Image. Currently you can also use Check Image to check the images you burned to the 5 dvds.
