Need help with AOMEI backupper

Im resetting my laptop back to its factory settings, and im in the aomei backupper screen, i cant move my touchpad or mouse. Can anyone help? im on windows 11.

    There are many ways to reset a PC to factory settings. Which app and method are you trying to use? Are you using Windows Reset? PC Brand Reset, such as HP Reset? Backupper Restore? Please clarify, and please reply with a screenshot or photo of the error. Thank you Uyaaiii.

    Add custom drivers, such as NVMe, if necessary. Does not work on some Monitors.

    @Uyaaiii, Are you using WinPE bootable media of AOMEI Backupper? Please try to use a USB mouse.
