Error: Partition Assistent Pro (10.4.0)

After updating from version 10.3.1 to version 10.4.0, the application no longer works. OS: Windows 11 Pro 1. The Partition Wizard will start 2. Changes are scheduled and saved for execution 3. immediately upon execution the application is closed. Changes remain unfinished. Kind regards Thomas

Hello, I understand you are using Aomei software, but it is not working. I don't know the cause of this symptom. For troubleshooting. Install all Windows updates, including Optional & Firmware updates. Scan for viruses with a 3rd party scanner, such as Malwarebytes. Use Task Manager to disable unnecessary startup apps. Create a new Windows user account, local non-Microsoft, and log into Windows with that fresh user account. Reply with a screenshot from Partition Assistant, and please upload your log file folder under the installation directory of Aomei Partition Assistant.

@Fischerttd, What operation did you perform? the application was closed automatically when you click "Proceed" to run the operation?
Please email the support team and province the log folder and crash.dmp file under the installation directory of AOMEI Partition Assistant to check.

I have the same problem, and yes send the crash.dmp file to support team. Is there any way to download an older version of Aomei Partition Assistant ? Older Versions of the program are working correct. I have an older version on an usb stick and it works.

I am not aware of an official website for downloading old versions of PA.

You could download the new Hirens 1.08, that includes the free PA Standard 10.2.2. Hirens is not an Aomei product, it is only a USB version utility, and all it's software is free & legal versions only.
