We are long time users of both Backupper and Partition Assistant. Those products are stable for a long time so we thought adding AnyViewer last fall. We pretty much started with version 4.x -- it works great and we are very happy with the product on an on/off basis mostly due to pretty much all bugs reported by people, bugs for which it is rare to find a proper definitive answer.

Do you have a roadmap about the product you could share? it would help us stop whining when it crashes and decide if we renew or not?
