Pop-up doesn't appear when requesting control w/ Centralized Backupper
I'm currently testing the trial version (waiting for my PO to be cleared)
However, I'm having some issues.
Client 1: Pop-up appeared as intended and I could create backups
Client 2: Pop-up never appeared, and the server timed out. When it did, the client disappeared from "Uncontrolled Computers" - when I restarted the service on the client, it reappeared.
- I've tried to reinstall the agent
- I've tried to reinstall windows
Nothing helped so far.
