CBackup extremely slow upload

CBackup Essentials New installation. I am backing up to CBackup cloud, not a 3rd party cloud. Speed averages 0.5Mb/s. There is nothing else on the network using bandwidth. The PC can go 10Mb/s on the web speed test. I cannot use this product at that speed, that is too slow. Aomei, is there a problem with the CBackup server?

CBackup promises faster speed after buying paid Essential version, but it was the same.

Could someone please help me with my issue, thank you. This is not a network problem. What is causing this, and how do I fix it?

Admin, does Aomei throttle and limit the upload speed of CBackup users? What is the limit? Thank you.
