Backupper Image

If I used BU to create image.adi, then later, I restore the image, but BU reports that it is invalid. Then I would troubleshoot by confirming Windows updated, reinstall BU latest version, put image onto ExFat partition, or try BU USB. But if BU reports that the image is invalid, what would I do next?

    @AiArtisan, You might need to take a screenshot of the error message and submit the log folder so that we check the error further. If the image file indeed is damaged, you can't restore it.

    Thank you Admin. What are all of the ways a Backupper image.adi can get damaged?
