Backupper cannot find the network

When started from a WinPE rescue disk Backupper PRO cannot find the network. The necessary drivers are included in the disk, and the disk creation process confirms this. Consequently, I cannot use my NAS as a backups storage. Any ideas?

    If BU USB creation process automatically adding your network driver did not work, you could do the BU USB creation process again, but instead decline for it to automatically add any drivers, and instead you could manually it. You could see if adding it manually will work. You would have to have your driver.INF file ready and located ahead of time.

    There may be an updated driver version on your NIC manufacturer website.

    Thank you for your replays. I was instructing BU to add a specific network driver, but didn't realize (maybe this is in the user manual, but I missed it) that I had to uncheck the driver BU was suggesting. So, practically BU was not including the driver I pointed it to, but the one it "liked".
