Aomei (Win)PE Builder 2.0 does not allow for additional drivers, even though it has an option for additional drivers. If you attempt to add drivers during USB creation, the final USB image will be the same size. It will detect internal HDD, SSD 2.5", and all external disks. it will not detect some internal M.2 NVME disks, but I have seen it detect some.
In my experience, Aomei (Win)PE Builder 2.0 always detects all external disks. So if, you need to, you could move the disk that is missing to an external adapter or enclosure, and it will be detected there.
The stand-alone PA, BU USB does allow for you to add additional drivers successfully. You may let the program add them automatically, or you may add manually.
You appear to be using a very old version of Partition Assistant and Backupper. Please update PA, BU, then create Aomei (Win)PE Builder 2.0 again. Updating the version will not make more disks detected, but it is good to have it updated.
If you like using PA with a full desktop, you could use the new Hirens Boot PE 1.03, based on Windows 11 that was just released last month. It uses PA 10.2.2, and will detect almost any disks automatically.
    Partition Assistant WinPE USB:
Add custom drivers, such as NVMe, if necessary.

    Free tool not from Aomei:
Hirens Boot PE 1.03 - live USB tool suite
    https://www.hirensbootcd.org/download
Based on Windows 11, includes160 utilities, old BU 6.5.1, PA 10.2.2. Put custom drivers, such as NVMe drivers, into the “CustomDrivers” folder.

  • well...hope aomei pe builder will update too, it is just enough and slightly light for me :))
