I Need My License for Backupper Pro Reset.

I have performed a clean install of Windows 11 on the same laptop in  which the license key for Backupper Pro is registered, but the key is not being accepted.  I imagine that the licensing key needs to be unlinked or reset in order for me to reactivate a new install of the software.
