Post Cloning of SSD using partition assistant

After cloning, most every action causes a temporary freeze.  I open a program and get a few movements and the program freezes.  I try to shift a folder from point a to b and the program freezes.  It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute to unfreeze.

Could you help explain what is freezing? Is it 1 specific program only? Or is it the entire computer OS, everything? Could you please take a screenshot?

Have you done all Windows updates, including optional updates?

Have you done a RAM test? Have you done a hard drive test?
