Who is "Cleverbridge"

and why are they trying to rent the Aomei home backup software to me?

i bought this software for my PC and have been running it for several years

i bought it for my mother and she has been running it for several years.

i had my friend buy it and set it up and shes been running it for a year now... for some reason clever  bridge is billing her card again like she is running "Rentware".

    Hello Starland, thank you for this question. I understand you have a billing question. Aomei offers both annual subscription, and lifetime licenses. It could be that this person bought the cheaper annual price, instead of the more expensive lifetime license. Please log into the account, and check which one is  in your license list.
