Change from Basic-sync to Real-time Sync

Hi from a first time user.
After doing a Basic sync of One Drive, can this be changed to a Real-time sync?
Or must I start the Real-time sync again from scratch?

@Andyshak18, You need to recreate the Real-time sync again from scratch. But, when there are the same files (same path, name, size, and date) between the source and destination, it will skip them.
