Cloud storage full, but shouldn't be

My most recent backup to Aomei Cloud failed with error code 24596 unknown error. I have retried several times. When looking at the job properties, it says I have 176 GB free out of 1TB. This free space is too small/incorrect. How do I log into the cloud and clean up old images I no longer need? Using Backupper Pro 7.3.3 on Win 10.

  • @Don_H, Please contact the support team ([email protected]) and offer the log folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI\AOMEI Backupper\7.3.3 to check and analyze the error.

  • My question is why can't I back up to Aomei Cloud? What is the unknown error, and why do I have so little space in my cloud storage? Total utilized space should be just over 1/2 TB.
