Transfer my Windows 10 and all of my data + software from my old laptop to my new Windows 11 laptop

Can I transfer all of my existing software and data from my 8 year old Windows 10 laptop to my new Windows 11 laptop without any problems?

    @WAV, Generally, applications need to run based on the original system. They can't be migrated to another system to run.
