Chromebook-Enterprise refuses to be erased

An institution decomissioned Chromebook, legally sold to new user. Powerwashing attempt is not allowed, because was not a normal Chromebook, it was an enterprise-grade Chromebook. How to erase, deeply Powerwash, and prepare for new user? Right now the Chromebook is unusable. I do not want any old data, thank you.

    @AiArtisan, Did you use AOMEI software to wipe the disk of Chromebook? What error situation did you get?
