Can't download the PE environnement

Hello, since the latest version of Aomei Backupper (7.3.3), we cannot create a bootable USB disk because it is impossible to download the necessary files. It says, "unable to download files". Do any of you have this same problem? THANKS!

Okay thank you, however, I admit that I do not understand the link between Microsoft ADK and the download of the PE environment for Aomei Backupper. I've never needed to do this before! It’s very complicated! I put myself in the place of a lamda user who is not an IT technician, who only wants to make a backup of his computer. He's going to give up, that's for sure, and go for another solution. It's strange, isn't it?

With this solution I still can't download the PE environment but I can now uncheck this box and use the local system environment. It's a good start. THANKS!

Installing the ADK kit allowed me to resolve 2 problems. That of unrecognized disks and that of creating a bootable USB disk. THANKS for all!

dude I just bought this app yesterday, now I need to download the windows pe build environment with the app but it is not downloading and I don't have permission to download it from google or one drive??? this is a terrible experience

Hello, are you saying when you are using Backupper to make WinPE USB, it allows you to click the box to download WinPE package, but it does not work? Please download and install WinPE manually from Microsoft. Then use Backupper to create WinPE USB again, it should work. Backupper and Partition Assistant is good software with many useful features, you will see.

why can't the app just install it by itself? it does not download. i don't want to install winpe from microsoft and bloat up my os with 2gb of software. why can't your app work like it is supposed to?
