Universal Restore

I can't seem to get the universal restore checkbox to appear cosistently. It will appear in some images, but on otheres the option is not there. I'm using the paid version of Backupper Technician. Is there a way to force an image to show the universal restore option during restore?

    @JayParedes, Universal Restore feature only is system disk image of the running system disk. That's to say, you need to create system or disk backup for the boot disk (including C: drive). If the system can't boot, or you connect system disk to another computer as external drive, our program will back up it as data disk. So, the backup image restore can't use universal restore feature.
