Centralized Backupper Problems

I have many problems with the "Centralized Backupper 3.4.0".

1. After installing the client, some PCs do not appear in the list.
2. Some PCs appear offline after a few days even though they are online.
3. If a notebook is alternately connected to LAN, WIFI or VPN, this device is recognized as uncontrolled.
4. One notebook cannot be controlled because it is supposedly controlled by another server. But there is no other. Even completely uninstalling and deleting the registry entries doesn't help.

With Screenshots nobody can see the Problem.

  • @WebCom, 1. Did you manually install the client software? or remote installing? These PCs are on another network segment?
    2. Please try to restart the Backupper Service under Task Manager--Service of these client PCs and then check again.
    3. Do you need to re-control the notebook every time when you switch a network?
    4. Please delete "net" folder under C:\ProgramData\AomeiBR on the notebook, and then control it again.
  • Hello, here are some examples.
HW-12 is uncontrolled and controlled at the same time with the same IP.
HW-25 is uncontrolled and online and controlled and offline at the same time
HW-28 ist uncontrolled + online ans with the same IP than HW-30 and is offline in the Group "Nordstr PC" at the same time.

  • @WebCom, Please restart Backupper Service under Task Manager of these client computers, and reboot AOMEI Centralized Backupper console, then check these client computers again.
  • Everything already done. No change
  • @WebCom, Please email the support team and offer the log folder under the installation directory of the client agent software (C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper Agent\log) and console software (C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper\log) to analyze.
