Transfer from iPhone 14 to Windows PC skipping files

Hi, first day user here.  I'm trying to transfer JPG and MOV files from my iPhone to a Windows 10 PC.  First batch (a month) seemed to transfer OK.  Second batch (another month with more files) hung at 37.65%.  Had to hard stop the PC.  Checking the files most seem to have transferred, but with a number missing, spread at random through the batch.  Any ideas about the hang, (am I doing something wrong?), and the most efficient way to correct?  Will take hours to check them manually.

Create new Windows user, do transfer again on new user. Sometimes solves glitches.

iCloud.com gives you access to all your photos and movies easily.

iCloud app in Microsoft Store gives you access to all your photos very easily.

You could manually transfer files from iOS using MyComputer/FileExplorer > device.

@Purcellwhite, You can run the transfer again. And, please set it to skip duplicated files under the transfer settings.
