Partition Assistant Integrate to Recovery Environment fails

When using Partition Assistant to "integrate to recovery environment" I get the error:

"The operation cannot continue because the program could not find recovery environment on current system.  Please ensure the recovery environment is available and try again.  If you need assistance, please contact us."

I know the recovery environment is there, because Aomei Backupper is present, but Partition Assistant doesn't find it.

Any ideas?

@Williamscody, Please try to install Windows ADK and Windows PE Addon on your computer, and then try again.
