NAS vs. Cloud

Office with 10 PCs, need 1 share drive. Should we use OneDrive Cloud share folder, or a NAS. Cloud is simplier and cheaper to manage. NAS is faster, but expensive and complex with hundreds of possible settings.
Which is best?

    @AiArtisan, Our program currently can't support backup data to the online cloud space of third cloud service.
