Anyviewer server is down?

Hello, I used Anyviewer 7/27/23 successfully. On 7/28/23, on my PC and another person's PC, it only shows dots on the Device ID area. Restart PC does not solve it, internet connection fine, no updates needed. Is the server down?

Still having the issue. Haven’t been able to log in all day.

Similar problem:  Service not reponsive.
Device ID and Temporary security code only show dots. Start control Partner ID cannot accept any input.
This happens on different devices.
Log In and Sign up options are not responsive either.

Any idea of a fix timeframe please?

AomeiTech forums has an Admin support, but AnyViewer forums has no Admin support, only regular users.
