Backerupper Error 4119 on Disk Backup

I can do system backup, partition backup, file backup, etc.

When I do disk backup I get the 4119 error. AOMEI says this is due to bitlocker & to turn it off.

It has never been on. I checked Control Panel & bitlocker is indeed off on my PC SSD Drive & on my 4Tb destination drive.

I have everything backed up, still, a disk image would be nice.

Any solutions to this problem would be appreciated.

    Never mind. After repeated attempts & posting on this forum, I tried the disk image again & PRESTO it is working.
