Any Viewer freezing and lagging

Recently I have experienced aggressive lag and freezing with AnyViewer, despite being in high-speed or high-quality mode. When I open with Team Viewer I have no issues, and my coworkers say the computer works fine. It is preventing our department from getting our work completed. I tried to email the support email listed on the AnyViewer website and the email bounced back saying:

"Message blocked- Your message to [email protected] has been blocked. See technical details below for more information. The response from the remote server was: 554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied"

How else do I get help with this issue when the support email doesn't work? I can't find a phone number on the website?
