Backupper losing all tasks

I already lost all backup jobs 2 times, the software runs out of jobs and I need to re-import them.
The problem is that the backup is not done for days until I go check.

    @Marcelo_zoom, Has your computer undergone any changes during this period? For example, system updates? Or software updates? Or has any new softening been installed and run?
