Can't Delete Backup Because It's In Use In System

So I wanted to delete an old backup I had because I didn't want it anymore, but every time I tried to delete it, it would say it was being used and can not be deleted and this would happen both on the backupper app as well as through file explorer.

    @Sinister_, Could you reboot the computer and then delete it again? If you still get the same error, please take screenshots of the error so that we check it further.
