AppData files missing from backup

Hi, 

I am performing full system backups on my computers. Now I need to recover a file (Outlook pst file) that is under user's Appdata. Nevertheless, when navigating down Appdata the Outlook files (and others) are not where they should be. Why is AOMEI not backupping some files under Appdata?

    @Kankamuso, It might be that Windows Vss service exclude some files. You can check if the pst file is listed in the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToSnapshot
    And, AOMEI Backupper has supported Outlook Backup. Maybe you can use Outlook Backup feature to back up Outlook individually.
