AOMEI Backupper LIFETIME - Reset my licence

I had a problem with my Windows, and it was needed to reset it. After resetting the Windows, I couldn't activate my AOMEI product. I have 2 licenses, I need you guys please to reset the last license I bought 2 days ago.
