Unable to log on - Date and time error. Please synchronize your clock with an internet time server

I created an account already and am trying to log on with a trial of AOEMI Backupper Professional Trial. I am unable to log on because of the error "Date and time error. Please synchronize your clock with an internet time server". This occurs even if I put in an incorrect password so it doesn't even get far enough to check. My PC is already synchronized to internet time and is correct.
