First System Backup- Start Backup button greyed out

Trying to create an image on my reference machine.  The source (system) was chosen, the destination folder was chosen.  But after that I'm stuck on the Start Backup button being greyed out?

    I tried again and THIS was no longer an issue...

    Nevermind. still an issue. i have no idea what the issue is...

    @VFFEric, Do you still have an issue? Could you take screenshots so that we check it?

    no. tried it again and it showed me the start backup button and I was able to create a system backup.  But having other issues, see my other post.  Thanks!
