AOMEI: Cant push a image to my laptop

I currently have a server which has a Hyper V windows 2016 server with AOMEI Image deploy Technician running. I have DHCP installed on this server and the laptop gets an IP from the DHCP server so DHCP works, but when I turn on image deploy the laptop I want to deploy just doesnt show up in the window. I tried to get this working for a week now and I also tried contacting the support team, but didn't get a reaction yet. I also tried different drivers.
