Quick cloning disabled

I was trying to clone a partition containing data to another larger and empty partition.
As I raised the competent wizard, I expected to be given the choice between "Clone Partition Quickly" and "Sector by Sector Clone". My expectation was frustrated, because the 1st option was greyd out. I treid to find an explanation in the User Manual, but I havn't. Would anybody in the Forum have an Idea?

I'm working in a Windows 11 environnement, and using Partition Assistant Pro. 9.6.1
The partition I want to clone is Partition D, which is in the same disk as partition C (System and application) and contains only data. I would like to copy it in an empty partition in a new, larger SSD. (Partition E, disk 1).
