I am a paid customer, and on multiple situations, I have written to support using the support email, an Kevin interacts with me, however Kevin either:

1. Doesn't reply with a related answer to my question.

2. Kevin just CLOSES my ticket without even replying to it.

Who at management at AOMEI can I get in touch with to lodge a formal complaint and request a refund due to the poor support from Kevin?
